King William announces that William Comyn has quitclaimed to Glasgow Cathedral and to William [Malveisin], bishop of Glasgow, all the right which he believed himself to have in land called Muckcroft (LAN), over which there was a lawsuit between him and the bishop; William Comyn, affirming that land belonged to Kirkintilloch, bishop that it belonged to Bedlay. The king grants and establishes William Comyn's quitclaim
