- Thomas son of David of Quixwood has given and granted and made firm by this his present charter to Saint Cuthbert and the Prior of Coldingham and the monks, in pure and perpetual alms, the homage and service that Patrick son of Colman and his heirs were owing to him in return for land he gave to the same Patrick for his homage and service in the territory of Oldcambus.
