John of Dunbar, burgess of Berwick, has given, granted and by this his present charter established to Coldstream Priory in pure and perpetual alms, 20s. from a certain land which he bought from Simon Cnute, which lies between the land of the late Thomas of Nottingham on the north side and the land of William English on the south side, in pure and perpetual alms.
