Description
John de St Michael has granted and made firm by this his charter to Arbroath Abbey the donation which Roger de St Michael, his uncle, made to them of the land of Mundurno (ABD), holding in free and pure and perpetual alms, with all its just pertinents, as the charter of the aforesaid Roger bears witness.

circa 19 Apr. 1224 × Dates based on Master Alexander as dean of Aberdeen. The terminus post quem comes from the last known attestation of Robert as dean; the terminus ante quem comes from Robert of Leicester’s first known attestation as dean. According to Watt, Alexander was not known as ‘Master’ until the mid-1220s (_Graduates_, 7-8).
