Alexander, steward of Scotland, writes to his friend, Sir Hugh of Berkeley, sheriff, and his baillies of Berwick noting the quitclaim in his presence of all rights in the tenement of Whiteflat (AYR) by Robert Enocke (?) and Margaret his spouse, and [to protect the possession] of Whiteflat by Niall, son of the late Master Hugh of Carrick.
