Description
William de Moreville has granted and established by his charter to Furness Abbey, in pure and perpetual alms, all the pasture that his father and mother gave, that is, in Selside and Birkwith, as their charter states, free and quit from all service, custom, exaction and pleas, for a rent of a half mark yearly.
