King William to Ranulf the falconer, eldest son of Walter of Loutorp; has given 'Kingower' in Gowrie, and in Mearns five davochs of land called 'Balmacoy' (perhaps Balmakewan), Auchinzeoch (KCD), Balbegno (KCD), 'Lacherachgeigh Kenni' (Haulkerton, KCD) and davoch of 'Endolach' (Bogendollo, KCD?)
