Description
Duncan, son of King Malcolm, by inheritance undoubted king of Scotland, to Durham Cathedral Priory; has given Tyninghame, Auldhame, Scoughall, Knowes, Hedderwick and, at Broxmouth (ELO), every service that Bishop Bishop Fothad [of St Andrews] had from it. And since he has willed that this gift should permanently belong to Saint Cuthbert, he has done what his brothers have allowed.
