- Description
- Robert, king of Scots, to his chamberlain and his justiciar north of the Forth as well as to his sheriffs and baillies of Aberdeen and Banff [and] the grieves and baillies of those burghs, notifying that in his full parliament held at Scone on the Sunday after St Andrews Day in the thirteenth year of his reign he remitted all rancour of his soul when he took sasine of the temporalities of lord Henry, by the grace of God, bishop of Aberdeen. He commands and instructs these officers to place these back into the possession of the bishop, including the teinds of his renders between the rivers Dee and Spey, and with the issue of his courts of the justiciar, chamberlain, and sheriffs of Aberdeen and Banff.
