- Description
- Robert, king of Scots, with the counsel of the responsible men of his realm, has granted and leased at feuferme to his burgesses and the community of his burgh of Aberdeen of the aforesaid burgh of Aberdeen and his forest of Stocket, holding in perpetuity in feu and heritage and in free burgage for £213 6s.8d. to the king's chamber annually on the two terms of Pentecost and Martinmas. He also grants that they may cultivate, build and gather fuel in the forest outside the wood of Stocket, reserving some greenwood and venison to the king; of the king's officers only the chamberlain my intromit in these matters.
