Description
Robert, king of Scots, has given Thomas of Morham the father, knight, all the lands and holdings in the barony of Dunipace (STL) and that Thomas Randolph earl of Moray lord of Annandale and Man his nephew resigned and quitclaimed to him by staff and baton at Glasgow as well as lands and holdings in the baronies of Duncanlaw (ELO) and Morham (ELO) which the said Thomas of Morham also resigned to the king by staff and baton at Glasgow, holding with the services of freeholders, for his lifetime, making service customarily owed. After the death of Thomas, the land will revert to John Giffard and his wife Euphemia and their legitimately procreated heirs. And if that line fails, the lands are to go to the heirs of Thomas of Morham. He also wills that Thomas is to lose his liferent if he seeks to make any alienation during it.
