Nicholas, monk of Valcroissant

Biography: Valcroissant (Cistercian) was near Die in Dauphiné, and was a daughter-house of Bonneval. The notes to Coupar Angus, pg. 87, state that 'vallis crescentis' may be a mistake for Pluscarden ('valliscaulian'), making Nicholas a monk of Pluscarden.
