Description
Robert, king of Scots, notifies that he has constituted Bernard abbot of Arbroath his chancellor and Alexander Fraser his chamberlain as his lieutenants to determine what liberties of the burgesses of Dundee had in the time of his predecessors King Alexander III and other kings, and to return their findings to the king and his council.
