Robert, king of Scots, to his sheriff and baillies of Kincardine, noting that he has infeft hereditarily by his charter to his beloved and faithful William of Irvine of the certain part of the forest of Drum (ABD), rendering annually of a chalder of oatmeal towards the maintenance of his park of Drum for all other burdens and secular service as contained fully in his charter; he firmly prohibits them [the sheriff and baillies] from vexing William and his heirs or their men living in the said forest contrary to the form of the charter and infeftment.
