Description
Philip of Arbuthnott, lord of the same, of his own free will, has given for the salvation of the souls of himself and of his friends and family, to Blessed Mary and the Carmelite friars of Aberdeen, in pure and perpetual alms, an annual rent of 13s 4d sterling from his land of Arbuthnott (KCD) for the fabric of their church, on Pentecost and Martinmas. Philip warrants this against all men and women.
