Description
Gilbert, bishop of Whithorn, for Dryburgh Abbey; has granted church of St Nicholas of Borgue (KCB); grants that after death of William de Gemliston, clerk of church at presentation of abbot and canons, they are permitted to dispose of profits of church as they wish and convert them for their own uses, saving vicarage of 10 marks with six acres of arable land and one acre of meadow. If vicarage happens to be vacant, they may present a suitable persona who will answer for episcopal dues, etc.
