- Clement, bishop of Dunblane, with assent of his clergy, has accepted settlement of Sir William, bishop of Glasgow, Hugh the dean, and Robert, the treasurer of Glasgow, which they brought by authority of Pope Gregory IX, concerning previously deferred arbitration of Sir William, bishop of St Andrews over controversy between Abraham, his predecessor, and abbot and convent of Lindores concerning church of Muthill.
