Description: Andrew, bishop of Moray, has ratified, and by his charter established, the ordinance and provision for eight prebends in the cathedral church of the diocese of Moray made by his predecessor, Brice, late bishop of Moray; he has also constituted one prebend from the church of Rafford (MOR); in addition, he has constituted two prebends.
