- William, bishop of Glasgow, makes known that Walter, prior of Paisley, came into his presence seeking reconciliation with abbey of Cluny. He agreed that Paisley was subject to Cluny. At a vacancy, an abbot should be chosen from the community or the Order; he should promise obedience to the abbot of Cluny and every seven years visit Cluny, and be subject to visitation by abbot of Cluny
