Description
King Alexander II commands those obliged to make annual payments to Scone Abbey, from king's teinds or alms, to pay fully at appointed terms for collection of his fermes. If anyone withholds payments, king's sheriff or baillie in whose jurisdiction debtor lives is to take poinds from him until he has paid.
