King Alexander II for Gregory of Cambusmichael; has granted that donation which Abbot Robert and convent of Scone, in their full chapter, made in name of agreement of lands of Creuchies (PER) and Cloquat (PER), in exchange for disputed land of Cambusmichael (PER), which Gregory held of them and which was contended between them; to be held of abbey by Gregory and legitimate heirs of his body, or their legitimate descendants, until fourth heir. Should Gregory or any of his heirs die without a legitimate heir of body, lands are to revert to canons of Scone, as is contained in chirograph between parties.
