King Alexander II for Kelso Abbey; has granted donation which Ralph Namus made of three acres of land in territory of Yetholm (ROX), opposite land of monks called 'Colpenhope' (now Coldsmouth, Northumberland) and beside burn (Halter Burn) which divides kingdom from kingdom of England, as perambulated by Ralph's father in presence of Ralph and his brothers, for building houses or for any other convenient purpose, and with rights of way between monks' lands of 'Colpenhope' and aforesaid land at Yetholm.
