Description
Pope Innocent IV indulges to the prior and convent of the cathedral church of St Andrews in Scotland that they are free to receive canons and brothers wishing to be in the church under the regular habit and being subjected to sentences of excommunication, suspension or interdict, the prior may absolve them according to the forms of the church.
