Description
Pope Innocent IV commands the bishops of Glasgow and Dunblane to cancel uncanonical elections made to the see of Argyll, which has been void for seven years, and, unless the canons elect a fit person within a given time, to appoint and consecrate a bishop, receiving from him his oath of fealty to the pope, and transmitting it under seal.
