Pope Honorius III commands [Gilbert of Moray], bishop of Caithness, the [Richard], precentor of Moray, and the archdeacon of Aberdeen, on satisfactory proof, to restore to ‘blind’ Maurice, all of which he has been despoiled, or, in the absence of proof of the spoliation, to report to the pope on the process: the churches names are those of ‘St Mary de Nugh’ (Nigg, ROS) and the chapel of ‘Standuwich’ (Shandwick, ROS), ‘St Morach de Alter’ (Altyre, ROS) and Tarradale (ROS), ‘Struf’ (ROS?), also lands of ‘Ardcondoch’ (ROS?) and ‘Seuanede’ (Suddie, ROS?).
