Description
Pope Alexander IV to the prior and convent of May, in the diocese of St Andrews; he has decreed, by the authority of the act of Pope Innocent, that no archbishop or bishop shall demand procurations from them beyond the sum of four marks, from exacting procurations beyond the usual sum from their poor churches and places.
