Description
Hugh de Balliol has granted, and by his charter established, to Kelso Abbey the donation which Bernard de Balliol made of a certain fishery which pertains to Woodhorn, which is called Woodhornstell in the river Tweed, to hold in free, pure and perpetual alms, just as the charter of Bernard de Balliol bears witness. He warrants the said fishery against all men.
