William, bishop of St Andrews, William del Bois, archdeacon of Lothian and chancellor of the king, and Master Laurence, archdeacon of St Andrews, settle the case between Walter, bishop of Glasgow, and Jordan of ‘Kurrok’ concerning the land of Stobo and other things, having been delegated by the pope. Jordan has resigned by rod and staff into the judges’ hands all right which he claimed to the said land of Stobo and he quitclaimed the same to the church of Glasgow and the bishop. The judges have invested through the same rod and staff that the bishop and church may possess this land in perpetuity and for the resignation and quitclaim, the bishop has given to Jordan £100. Jordan has taken an oath promising to observe this.
