Description
An agreement is formed between Brother Thomas, master of Brackley Hospital and the brothers there, and Colman of Nesgask, clerk, whereby the master and brothers demit at ferme to Colman their land of Ker (Findogask ph., PER), with the mill there, their mill at Clathybeg (same parish), the dues and pertinents of the parsonage of the church of Nesgask (i.e., Findo Gask), and their brewhouse, with a piece of land called ’le Kur’, to be held for three years for 20 marks annually on the feast of St Michael at Nesgask. Colman will acquit the master and brethren in relation to the bishop of Dunblane for the rights (?) pertaining to him annually from the church of Nesgask, and will give annually […] to the vicar there and 20s. to Inchaffray Abbey. His guarantors are Hervey, his brother, Benedict, son of Roger Litelbond, and William [spouse?] of Colman’s daughter.
