John of Lambden, son of William of Stirling, has given, granted and by this his charter established, in free and perpetual alms, to Kelso Abbey one toft and croft in the villa of Lambden (BWK) which is near that toft that Nigel, the late chaplain, held and eight acres of land in the field of the same villa, for the souls of him and all of his ancestors and successors.
