Description
Thomas of Cranston has given and by this his charter established to Soutra Hospital in pure and perpetual alms that cultivated land (in Cranston parish, MLO) that lies nearest the boundaries of the land of Peaston towards the north, by stated bounds, in perpetuity, free and quit from all intrinsec and extrinsec service, exaction and secular demand.
