David of Quixwood has disclaimed and entirely quitclaimed to Coldingham priory that toft with buildings next to the smithy of Benedict the smith that he had once in exchange for his land of Oldcambus, as it is set out in the charters of the said monks, which they have from him for one mark of silver that the said monks paid him in person.
