Malcolm of Moray, knight, obligates himself and his heirs to warrant, discharge and defend in perpetuity the gift that he made of Wester Beath (FIF) to Dunfermline Abbey, and obligates himself and his heirs to a payment in liability of 116 marks to the abbey in compensation if they default.
