Description
This is a memorandum that David Marischal came to Lilliesleaf (ROX), where the lord bishop of Glasgow was, and followed the bishop to Ancrum, and there surrendered the lands of Kirkcudbright (DMF); Master Robert of Edinburgh accepted peaceful sasine of the lands within 15 days and the bishop then delivered the lands in ferme for five years to Patrick Maguire for 12 marks yearly.
