Description
Michael Scot and Margaret, his spouse, with the consent of Duncan, their heir, have given, granted and by this their charter established to Dunfermline Abbey all the land of ‘Gascinienemfi’ next to Outh (Gask, FIF), with all its easements, and by the same bounds by which Thomas the priest holds it from him, in pure and perpetual alms, free and quit from all action and service and demand, with all right of pleas and plaints.
