Description
Thomas of Earlston, son and heir of Thomas Rymour of Earlston, by rod and staff in full court, has resigned, and additionally by the present [charter] quitclaimed, to the master of the house of Soutra, and the brothers of the same house, his whole land with its pertinents which he hereditably held in the tenement of Earlston (BWK). He also renounces all right and claim which he or his ancestors had or will be able to have in the future within the land.
