Description
John of Kinross, the knight, for the salvation of his soul, and for the salvation of all his ancestors and successors, has given to the monks of Coupar Angus Abbey free passage with their goods through his lands and that, in the event of their men being forfeited within his land or amerced in his court, the monks will remain quit of the forfeiture or amercements.
