- William of Maule, the knight, and lord of Panmure, renounces and quitclaims, for him and his heirs, all right which he has or is able to have from the lands of Benvie and Balruddery (ANG), with all the pertinents, to Ralph of Dundee, and his heirs or assignees, for six pennies annually as his charter of infeftment fully contains.
