Description
Brother Hugh, minister of the order of the Trinity, Aberdeen, county of Aberdeen; Mary, who was the wife of Hugh of Airth, of the county of Stirling; Rose of Chilham, and Gilbert of Hangingshaw, of the county of Roxburgh; since they have come to the faith and will of their lord, Edward, king of England etc., they promise for themselves and for their heirs to serve him well and loyally; and each one has performed fealty to him; and they have sealed these letters patent with their seals.
