Norman Darcy, knight, the keeper of Stirling [Castle], has received from the abbot and convent of Newbattle four chalders of barley and twelve marks sterling for six chalders of barley from the ferme of Bothkennar (STL) pertaining to the king; he should make sure to allocate these ten chalders faithfully.
