Description
The writer (constable of Berwick?) informs the king that as the £200 ordered did not reach him until 28 August, a mutiny arose among the foot crossbowmen and archers in the garrison, joined by some of the men-at-arms of Sir Ralph, son of Michael, who was with them in Gascony, and is their leader in all riots. Informs him of other happenings.
