Description
The king commands the chancellor and treasurer of Ireland to cause proclamation to be made in all towns, ports, and other places where vessels touch, prohibiting under the highest penalties all exportation of provisions, horses, armour or other supplies needful for himself and his forces in Scotland, to the insurgent Scots, which he hears is carried on by merchants in Ireland.
