To the king at Carlisle on 4 Sept., on his return towards Penrith, sent by treasurer for king’s expenses. To Eustace de Cotesbach to pay Ingram de Umfraville to keep Galloway from 31 Aug. Until 2 Feb., Carlisle 2 September 1307. To Eustace de Cotesbach to pay Richard Siward to go in Umfraville’s company 31 Aug. Until 2 Feb., Carlisle 2 September 1307. To Eustace de Cotesbach in money to be paid to William de Rue, clerk, assigned to pay 10s. to stay with Aymer de Valence in place of Ingram de Umfraville, who was ordered to stay with Valence with 10 men at arms but was later ordered to keep Galloway, Carlisle, 2 Sept. 1307.
