Description
King [Edward], superior lord of Scotland, writes to William, bishop of St Andrews, and the other guardians of the kingdom of Scotland, commanding them that the chancellor of Scotland should produce documents under the seal of Scotland mandating that the chamberlain of Scotland pay any alms instituted by the kings of Scotland on their statutory due dates.
