Description
Alan, earl of Menteith, gave, granted and by this his present charter established to William of Ruskie for his homage and service, all his land of Ruskie (PER) in his earldom of Menteith, with William and his heirs performing forinsec service for the lord king as much as pertains to the land of Ruskie, and three suits of court annually at the three chief pleas of the earldom of Menteith, for all service, custom, exaction, and secular demand.
