- Robert, king of Scots, has ratified, approved and established the concession and quitclaim that Lambert Suitor made to Walter Fleming over all right and claim that he had in half the land of Kirkton and a quarter part of the land of Easterton within the barony of Guthrie in the sheriffdom of Forfar (ANG) as attested by Lambert's charter to Walter, saving the kings service.
