Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful Alexander Scrymgeour, his bannerman, the homages and services of the freeholders of the whole barony of Dundee (ANG) with their wards and reliefs; holding in feu and heritage, for him and his male heirs to perform homage and service to the king and his heirs for the aforesaid tenants and responding to the king for the wards, reliefs, and marriages of the freeholders as well as for his own ward and relief.
