Description
David, king of Scots, to his customars of his burgh of Dundee: know ye that from the alms granted by his father that the Friars Preachers of Perth were paid ten marks annually from the custom of the burgh of Dundee. He commands them the monks to be paid out of the 'first pennies' of his custom of the burgh.
