Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved Robert Stewart of 'Standbochchy' ['Schenbothi' in rubric] the lands of Dalziel and Motherwell, (LAN), which touch the king due to the death of the heir of the late Robert Delwalle knight against his peace and faith in England; holding in free barony, as the late Malcolm Fleming and the aforesaid Robert Delvalle, knights, held them; for service owed and wont.
