Description
David, king of Scots, has approved, ratified and confirmed for John of Pitscottie, burgess of Perth, all the lands, holdings, rents, and possessions which John has in the burgh of Perth as well as outwith the burgh from his conquest, getting previously that tenement which he currently inhabits, on North Street on the north side, between the land of John Bell on the east and the land of Thomas Constable on the west, with one stone platform, four feet wide, constructed in the king's common roadway, in front of the said tenement, through which one enters the solar of the said tenement; as contained in his charter or letter; saving the king's service.
